Walt holds Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts degrees from the University of Massachusetts and American University respectively.  He studied at Temple PHD doctoral program from 1983-1987.

He is a Vietnam veteran, serving in the United States Marine Corps from 1969-1976.

Walt has experience in private industry in marketing, sales and sales management as Director of Marketing and Sales Manager.

Extensive experience since 1983 in real estate investment, property management and general construction rehab techniques.

Joined RE/MAX in 1989 and Keller Williams in 2002 and returned to RE/MAX in 2006 and holds credentials as GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute); CRS (Certified Residential Specialists); ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)

Member of National Association of Realtors, Montgomery Board of Realtors; serves on the board Grievance Committee as well as The Government Affairs Committee.

Walt is a RE/MAX Top Producer and was a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club.

Resident of Montgomery County since 1976.

Interests include tennis, golf, music, skiing; sings bass in the prestigious Singing City Choir of Philadelphia.
